Could someone give me suggestion about where and how to easily farm normal tome? Thanks alot.

I'm not sure there's anywhere with mobs purely/mostly consisting of Ritualists. It may be easier farming the cash to buy tomes, or farming the cash to buy the skill you want.

The Damned Crewman near Fendi Nin (soul form).

...although I doubt you'd want to farm those =P

That aside, the Jade Brotherhood in Waijun Bazaar have Ritualists and you can solo them with a Mo/Me.

I would suggest farming the nagas on shing jea for rit tomes. They dont heal themselves at all. The 330 rit works well there

Just 55 naga outside Tsumei Village, about 50% of them are channeling rits.

Yup, that works fine. You get both rit and ranger tomes there.

I say farming rit tomes the best place is the Naga in Tusami Village(both sides of it).
